How can I deactivate my account?

If you're no longer interested in using nDash, we'll be really sad to see you go, but you can follow these steps:

  1. Click Group Settings on the bottom left sidebar
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Pause (you will need to do this for every group your company has)
  3. Once complete, click your profile pictures on the top right corner of your dashboard and choose My Account from the dropdown menu
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click deactivate your account

You are NOT able to deactivate your account if you currently have an assignment in progress with you. You will need to pay all assignments before canceling your account with nDash. If at any point you'd like to reactivate your account at a later date, you can visit go.ndash.co and sign-in again. This action will then prompt a pop-up that says "Are you sure you want to reactivate your account?" 

Please note: if you are a subscriber, you NEED to downgrade before deactivating your account. Otherwise, you will still be charged. To downgrade, please click your profile picture on the top right corner, choose Upgrade for Free from the dropdown menu, and Select the Free Plan. You can then go through the steps to deactivate your account after.
