What is a pitch?
A pitch is a blog or whitepaper idea that a writer will send to a company on nDash to show them that they are interested in writing for them - and understand their space. Think of it as being a journalist pitching a new publication with a cool story.
There are two different types of pitches you can send on nDash:
- Direct Pitch: this content idea will only be seen by the brand you sent the pitch to. For this type of pitch, you want to make sure that you're spending time looking at their group profile so you can send a content idea that is specific to them and their content strategy
- Industry Pitch: this content idea will be seen by all brands on the nDash platform. For this type of pitch, you want to make sure that you're demonstrating industry expertise
Please note: a pitch is an IDEA not pitching of generic services. In addition to it being against our code of conduct, it also comes across as being “spammy.” If you opt to pitch your services, your access to nDash will be revoked.
