How to Leave nDash a 5-Star Review on G2
Leaving us a review as a freelance writer or client on nDash is never expected, but we are always very grateful for positive feedback. Reviews are a significant part of how we reach new clients and freelancers.
In this help topic, we provide a step-by-step guide to leaving a 5-star review on G2, one of the leading business software directories across a wide range of industries.
Below is what our G2 product page looks like:
Leaving a review is straightforward and should only take 15 minutes or less.
Select the “Leave a Review” button underneath the nDash product header. If you do not have a G2 account, you will be prompted to create one.
Logging in to G2
You will be redirected to a page where you can choose how to leave your review.
Your options are to use G2’s AI voice transcription service, its AI chat service, or complete its form. For our purposes, we will demonstrate how to use the form, which includes some AI-assist features.
Once you have selected the “form” option, select “Start Review.”
Select “Continue to Login” on the upper right-hand corner. You will then be directed to create an account if you do not already have one.
You can create an account manually or enable SSO via LinkedIn or Google.
Fill in the pertinent information and select “Create an account.”
From there, you will be prompted to complete two-step verification using a code sent to your email address.
You may choose to select the verification button directly in the email sent to you, or to copy and paste the code provided.
Creating Your Review in G2
Now that you have successfully either logged in or created an account, it’s time to leave your review.
You can track your progress using the progress bar at the top of the active review window. Your progress markers are: Product Rating, About the Product, About You, About Your Organization, and Feature Ranking.
Product Rating
When ready, provide an overall rating of nDash out of 10, then answer the indicated questions.
About the Product
In the “About the Product” section, you will indicate your primary role on nDash. Then, you will rate specific aspects of nDash on a 7-point scale, with 7 being the highest and 1 the lowest.
About You
On the “About You” page, you will see two fields to fill in your organization size and your current job title. You will also be asked to submit a screenshot of yourself logged into nDash; this is not included in your review and is visible only to the G2 moderation team. A screenshot of you logged into your profile is sufficient.
You will then be asked to answer a few basic questions, such as your level of experience with nDash, whether you switched from another vendor to nDash, and so on.
About Your Organization
In this section, you will provide pertinent information about your/your business, including your organization name, your website, and whether nDash includes any AI-assist features (we do not, as of February 2026).
Feature Ranking
In the final section of the review process, you will be asked to indicate and rate the features you commonly use in nDash. This includes messaging, viewing freelancer profiles, and more.
You will also have the option to include your thoughts on the features using the “Tell us more about this feature” text box beside each feature slider.
Once you are finished, select “Submit My Review” in the bottom right corner.
After Submitting Your Review
Once you have finished your review, you will be redirected to the page below. There is nothing more you need to do at this point. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback!
All reviews are subject to moderation. You will be notified via email when your review is accepted or requires modification.
Editing Your Review
If you need to edit your review, select your account icon in the top-right corner of the G2 website. Then, select “My Reviews.”

Once you are in the “My Reviews” section of your profile, select the edit icon in the top right corner of the review you wish to edit. You will be redirected to the “Product Rating” portion of your existing review, after which you can go through your entire submission and make the changes you wish.
